這是Nice大會回顧, 第一天 9/11 7:00am 的教育課程 Discovery of New Imaging Targets 由MD Anderson的Wadih Arap講述" The In Vivo Phage Display Methods for discovery of New Targets and Imaging Ligands",
會中教授提及了如何發現KLA-KLA...的神奇 序列用來做為癌症治療藥物,
此類藥物可以藉由Target proapoptotic peptidominetics來治療癌症, 並進一步發展出GRP78-binding peptides!
以及vascular targeting drug 治療肥胖症! 更被大家稱作molecular liposuction!
隨後由Christopher Morris解釋如何利用whole genome approaches來找到失智症的Neuroimaging Targets!
只可惜, 技術雖然成熟完整, 但是新marker的發現仍有待確定!
